The building has an unusual plan, with the upper floor apartments arranged around a central lightwell open to the elements, which forms the primary circulation space. The walkways around the atrium consist of black concrete with glass inset glass lenses, allowing light deep into the heart of the building.
The projecting wall, pierced by small porthole windows, marks the entrance to the office and folds down to the basement.
The building is mixed use development of apartments
and offices on Kingsland Road.
There are great transport links as the building is near to Old Street underground station and just a 20-minute commute from the City.
